Ayam pansuh was the typical food that famous among the people in Sarawak. Ayam pansuh was dish prepared by cooking the chicken in the bamboo and stuffed with water (which later will be the soup), seasonings and covered with tapioca leaves which later could be eaten together with the cooked chicken.
Kek Lapis Sarawak was the famous food at Sarawak. There was many colours, shapes and designs that make its beautiful. Kek Lapis Sarawak was delicious because the ingredient was many. The tourists like to buy the cake.
